A theory is that if you are blocked in the anus ( I assume you are a man) the energy don't go where it is suppose to (from the penis back to the anus and up the spine) and get stuck in the penis. For females it get stuck if she is blocked in the cervix. Both anus and cervix can relax by massage. ¤ If the problem is not that the sexual energy is stuck, but feels everywhere around and in the body, I would recommend surrendering to the sexual energy. Let it be in control and move according to its will. The energy has a latent intelligence. It knows how to remove blockages and open up your body so the energy can move freelee, so if it is too much on one level the excess will move to the next.
